Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BinaryNext ("BinaryNext," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, submit a form, or interact with our AI assistant. We keep this deliberately plain-spoken. If anything here is unclear, email us at operations@binarynext.io.
1. Who we are
BinaryNext is an offshore execution and AI automation partner headquartered at 1001 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, United States. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, BinaryNext is the data controller for the information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information that helps us respond to you and run our business. Specifically:
Information you give us directly
- Contact and inquiry details — such as your name, work email, company, and the message or requirements you submit through our contact form, audit request, or booking flow.
- AI assistant conversations — the messages you type into our on-site AI assistant, so we can answer your questions and, if you ask us to, follow up with you.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, health information, or confidential third-party data through our forms or assistant. Our assistant is instructed to decline such information, and we do not need it to talk with you.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — such as pages viewed, approximate location (from IP address), browser type, referring source, and how you navigate the site. We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand what's working, not to build advertising profiles of individuals.
- Advertising measurement — if you reach us through a paid ad (for example, Google Ads), we may record that a click led to a form submission ("conversion") so we can measure whether our advertising is effective. See Section 5.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, scope your requirements, and follow up about working together.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and AI assistant.
- To measure the performance of our marketing, including which ads or pages lead to inquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Legal bases (for EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information based on: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and improving our services; and, where relevant, the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.
5. Third-party services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms:
| Provider | Purpose | What it may process |
|---|---|---|
| Web3Forms | Delivers form submissions to our inbox | Name, email, and message you submit |
| OpenAI | Powers responses in our AI assistant | The text of your assistant messages |
| Analytics & ad measurement (e.g. Google) | Understand site usage and ad performance | Usage, device, and conversion data |
We share information with these providers only as needed to deliver the service, and with authorities or advisors where required by law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and conversation data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for our legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 8).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email operations@binarynext.io and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Data transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made prominent on this page.
